Description
This is a mandatory workshop, meaning in order to be considered for Admission, you MUST attend one of our on-site orientations.
Please bring at least one electronic device - i.e., cell phone, tablet, laptop as the applicant will be filling out a form.
Wi-Fi will be provided.
This event will be split up into four phases:
1. Academy Tour:
You will get to see the barracks, dining facility, school house, etc.
2. Parent/guardian and Student Question and Answer:
During this time, Parents/guardians and students will be in separate buildings with Grizzly staff and can ask any questions they may have about the program.
3. Application Q&A
Our staff will be available to assist with any application-related questions.
Our goal is to help you submit your application before you leave for the day.
4. Applicant Questionnaire - conducted by a counselor.
Questions & Answers
A maximum of 3 guests are allowed per applicant.
It should only be the applicant and the parents/guardians.
Please do not bring additional family members.
Note: Infants and toddlers are okay are will not be included in the count.

Yes. You must watch the virtual orientation before attending the on-site tour.

Food and drinks will not be provided.
There are many great restaurants and activities in San Luis Obispo.
Please keep in mind the event starts at 10:00 AM and ends at/around 2:00 PM.
Animals are prohibited on Camp San Luis Obispo.
Exceptions: Service Animals. Proof of verification may be required upon entering.
